How your order arrives
Every product on this store is a download. Nothing is posted, so there is no carrier, no tracking number and no delivery address to get wrong.
As soon as your payment clears you receive an email containing your licence key and a download link. The same details are kept in your account under Order history, so you can download again later on a new machine without contacting anyone.
If the email does not arrive
Check the spam folder first — licence keys are the kind of message filters dislike. If it is not there, the order and its key are still in your account. If you checked out as a guest, contact support with the order reference and the email address you used.
Physical media
We do not ship discs or USB media for this product line.
