Think I should have chodes “TEXT” as post type – here is second post that should render properly?

I downloaded the file (Architect3D_19_Ultimate_ProPlatinum_ML.exe to my PC (Running 64 Bit Wndows 10).
When I run the file I get a pop up in my task bar “Preparing to install” and then it disappears and a new pop up “Ready to Install” and then that one disappears and nothing else happens. The program does not install.

      Hello David,
thank you for posting your question on Architect 3D forum.

On Windows 10 please run Windows Update (http://www.windows10forums.com/articles/check-for-updates-in-windows-10.20/) and apply all Important and optional updates (excluding language packs) available for your computer’s system. When installation is completed, restart (don’t shut it down) the computer. Upon booting up check for Windows Updates again, apply if any. In addition, make sure computer protection program’s virus signature database is updated to its latest release.

Then download and install the file of Architect 3D again from the order confirmation email.  Now click using the right-hand-side mouse button on top of Architect 3D setup file and select option Run as Administrator.

This helps the program to start normally.

      Kind regards,
      Architect 3D Support team
